This year’s Leadership Day gave CSL Behring Bern and Lengnau managers the opportunity to look into the future. The event took place in Bern and the manufacturing site Marburg (DE) simultaneously and took our managers on a journey into the future to explore strategic approaches to 2030. On both sites, speeches were given on new forms of working and changing management styles in a digital world. Also, participants in Bern were able to explore their leadership capabilities in new ways: with the certified playful learning method Lego® Serious Play®.
Both events were interconnected. Participants in Bern and Marburg were invited to digitally exchange views and to collaborate in digital scenarios.
