The long-standing wish of the fans of Bern soccer club "Young Boys" finally comes true: soon they will see their beloved stadium with its original name "Wankdorf" again.

Milestone for BSC Young Boys, its fans and the location Bern: The fans of YB get back «their» Stadium Wankdorf. As of the season 2020/21, the Stade de Suisse is called Stadium Wankdorf again. CSL Behring makes this possible. The global biotherapeutics leader and BSC Young Boys have entered into a partnership of five years with an option for further five years, starting summer 2020.

Hanspeter Kienberger, Chairman of the Board of YB: "We are very pleased to be able to present CSL Behring as a strong and innovative stadium partner. We are especially pleased that the long-standing wish of the YB-fans to see the name Wankdorf Stadium again, finally comes true. It speaks for CSL Behring that the new stadium partner deliberately renounces its name and instead acts as patronage."

Wanja Greuel, CEO of BSC Young Boys: "This partnership is a perfect fit for our path and is of great importance for us in order to achieve the ambitious sporting goals. Together we want to further develop the location Bern and the Wankdorf; in particular, there will be new possibilities to develop our club in the area of the use of the stadium shell. CSL Behring and YB share the same values and are modern companies rich in tradition."

With YB and the stadium, we have been maintaining an excellent partnership; we are already exploiting synergies and potential today. We are proud that we can deepen our cooperation.
