The partnership between CSL Behring and WBB began in early 2021 and was born out of a shared goal: to support women who have taken a career break and have a non-linear career path in successfully returning to work.
This collaboration provides CSL Behring with access to a valuable talent pool of highly qualified, motivated women whose profiles would otherwise be difficult to identify. In addition to targeted talent acquisition, the partnership also enables us to make our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) efforts visible and measurable, as the WBB participants represent a wide range of professional and personal backgrounds, genders and ages.
In addition, the collaboration between WBB and CSL Behring positions our company as a top employer – not only for WBB participants, but also for all women who are looking to re-enter the workforce after a family or personal break and restart their careers.
