Enthusiastic about the unique nature of the CSL Behring Lengnau site, and in particular the Junior Engineer program, Flora Goepper decided to join the group in early 2018 and embark on the adventure of developing the site.
To her, an engineer in the energy industry, the idea of working in a pharmaceutical company at the cutting edge of the latest innovations is an extraordinary motivation.

Flora Goepper says: “For the next two years, I will change departments every 6 months in order to work with different teams. This allows me to gain maximum knowledge about the pharmaceutical industry, a sector that was completely unknown to me a few months ago.” However, all this would be impossible without the involvement of countless experts, all specialized in very different fields, who have come from all over the world to contribute to this project. This is the core of Flora's passionate mission: working closely with all these experts, learning from their knowledge and experience and keeping abreast of the latest innovations, in order to optimize the development of this unique site.
