The processing of the large amount of information in the global internal network at 150 locations worldwide places the highest demands on CSL Behring's technical infrastructure. During the first eleven months of your training, you will acquire the basics of working with hardware and software at the ICT Berufsbildungscenter AG in Bümpliz. You will install, maintain and repair IT systems. You will be able to support customers with complex IT problems. You will put new devices into operation, install and configure servers, maintain networks or be entrusted with the further development or configuration of programs. You will also ensure customer and user support.

Requirements:
Diploma from a high school or a short secondary school (with 10th year)
Analytical, logical and capable of abstract thoughts
Talent for mathematics
Rapid understanding and ability to concentrate
Systematic working method
Good relationship and team spirit
Application, availability, autonomy and flexibility
Good level of English
