Adverse drug reactions (ADRs)
Drugs used for prophylaxis, diagnosis, treatment, and interference with physiological functions may cause adverse drug reactions (ADRs). An ADR is any unexpected, potentially harmful reaction that occurs after the use of a drug.

Furthermore, you have the possibility to inform us directly by sending an e-mail. The data you send us will be treated confidentially and protected from access by unauthorised persons in accordance with the legal regulations. By transmitting this data, you agree to its use for the intended purposes. The data will be used in an anonymised form for internal purposes (e.g. entered into the company’s international databases, which can be found in Switzerland and abroad) and forwarded to Swissmedic, also in an anonymised form, in accordance with the legal requirements.
Complaints
We manufacture our products to high quality standards and under the strictest quality controls. Should you have a complaint, however, please let us know immediately after receiving the product – in writing or by calling our customer service. The customer service team will discuss the matter with you and agree how to proceed.
Returns
If you should wish to return any products, please contact us by e-mail.
Important information
We can only accept the return of products that have been delivered and invoiced by CSL Behring AG. In general, products will be returned according to the delivery route (traceability).
