Quality
Quality management aims to define, implement, monitor and continually improve any legally prescribed and additionally necessary quality systems. To carry out quality checks during the production process, assess production and test results and then approve products that are free of defects, we are looking for people with experience in a quality unit in a pharmaceutical company or a biotech organization as well as laboratory technicians concentrating on biochemistry, chemistry and/or biology, as well as research associates from biology, biochemistry or related disciplines.
Manufacturing
We operate various innovative and highly automated production plants and are looking for scientists with experience in the biotech industry as well as production experts from the pharmaceutical or biotech fields for upstream and downstream areas, the preparation of process solutions, filling and final processing. To run operations in the areas of fractionation, bulk production, aseptic filling and end products, we are looking for professionals who have had training in the food industry, trained plant operators or professionals with technical training.
Engineering Services
We take care of the planning, installation, monitoring, maintenance and documentation of the company's entire infrastructure. Particular attention is paid here to the engineering systems at a production site (bulk, filling and end processing) and to the installation of functional networks for the supply of operating materials. We are looking for engineers, automation, electronics, refrigeration and ventilation technicians and mechanics with backgrounds in engineering and experience from working at pharmaceutical or biotech companies.
Research and Development
We develop new plasma biotherapeutics and are continually improving the processes for producing our registered products. Our primary commitment is to develop new plasma protein products to treat serious illnesses for which only inadequate treatment has been possible hitherto. To do this, we are looking for innovative biochemists and biologists or scientists from related fields.
