As a trainee for our CSL Behring Manufacturing department, you will experience various areas within our production, e.g. in the areas
- Pilot Plant
- Quality Management Manufacturing
- Scientific Assistance
This awaits you in the different areas:
Pilot Plant - Get to know our multifunctional pilot plant as an interface to the research department.
Quality Management Production - Familiarize yourself with the hygiene concept of our plants and various cross-plant processes.
Manufacturing Assistant - Gain extensive and detailed knowledge of one of our plants and any activities required for GMP compliant production.
Validation (Department Quality Management) - Get to know important aspects of the validation of our processes and take the opportunity to get to know an interface to the Department QM better.
During the program, you will work in Berne in our manufacturing department.
What you should bring with you
You are currently based in Switzerland anhave just obtained your Master's degree or higher from a university of applied sciences or university in the fields of natural sciences, engineering or similar.
You have already gained initial practical experience in relevant areas (such as internships).
You are also characterized by the following skills:
- Very good team, social and problem-solving skills
- Initiative and proactivity
- A strong result orientation, pragmatism and can-do mentality
- First experience in project management
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent German and very good English skills: oral and written
